First Chakra

This chakra represents the foundation of our lives, the will to live and to survive. When the root chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, we experience stability, courage and patience. When this chakra is blocked, it might cause fear, instability and loss of power, as well as lower back pain, sciatica and constipation.
